One of my friends suffered for years with horrible psoriasis of her lower leg, from knee to ankle. It was one of the most severe cases I have ever seen. Most psoriasis is mildly irritating, a little itchy, and visually unappealing. It doesn’t usually cause severe agonizing pain, but hers did. She was always on the lookout for a good psoriasis home treatment because her medical bills were astronomical.
Psoriasis has several expressions and severities, and it’s not my intention to talk in detail about these. If you suffer from psoriasis, you certainly know the problem. It’s lifelong. There’s no known cure (yet). It can be really difficult to live with. And because of cost, almost every sufferer is looking for a home treatment that will help them treat the symptoms.
That’s where we get one of the best psoriasis home treatment options I’ve ever seen. With a high quality Life Support Water Generator, it can make several types of water. Let me rephrase that to make a point. It’s all water, but the properties can be changed such that in combination, water can be made a phenomenal home treatment option for sufferers of psoriasis.
Here’s the scoop on some ideas to relieve your symptoms.
1. Start with Electrolyzed Oxidizing (EO) water with a pH of 2.5 to 2.7. Only a handful of home machines can create this (unless you believe false advertising). This water will kill any microorganism it contacts if you leave it on for 30 seconds (some food poisoning bacteria may take up to 2 minutes to kill, but they’re not relevant for psoriasis). Psoriasis often has micro breaks in the skin or broken pustules (mini pus blisters) and when this occurs, bacteria will always invade. Kill them dead without any side-effects to your very sensitive skin by using EO water first.
2. Follow up with a few minutes of soaking the affected area with an extremely alkaline water, pH 11.0 and above. You can wet a towel and wrap the psoriasis wounds. Five to ten minutes is usually enough. This water has an extremely high anti-inflammatory property and will help reduce the inflammation associated with psoriasis patches. It also penetrates extremely well deep into the skin.
3. Finally end with a slightly acidic wash of pH 5.5 to 6.5 water. This is closer to the natural pH of the skin and helps return the area back to normal quickly.
My friend found great relief using this little plan of attack and so have many others I’ve spoken with. Since psoriasis is a lifelong condition, cost is a huge factor. I can think of nothing more cost-effective than owning a Life Support Water Generator and modifying your own tap water to create what I’ve described here.
And here’s an extra hint if you know anyone with acne. If you reverse steps 1 and 2 above, it’s one of the greatest skin treatments we’ve ever seen for acne. I’ll share more about that in an upcoming article.
