Every cell in your body requires water, but the brain is especially sensitive to lack in that department.

We believe our blog readers are some of the most intelligent people on earth. Why else would you be here?

However, being uninformed about just one thing can actually make you a little less bright. Brain hydration is the topic for today. Since your brain (your body’s controlling computer) is mostly made of water, it’s really important to get hydration right.

Before you read further, I suggest you grab a big glass of water and drink it up. It may help you understand better what we’re about to say.

A simple 2% drop in hydration can give you brain fog, not to mention headache, fatigue, dizziness or lightheadedness. All these symptoms come from brain dehydration. This is not how intelligent people like you should ever feel.
